Palace Party on TV Again!
Adriana La Complice featured Palace Party Beverage Company this past week, where superstar Francisco Gutierrez showed everyone how a bar maestro makes a mojito.
The segment was filmed to promote Ben Affleck’s newest movie Live By Night. Set in prohibition era Cuba, Live By Night follows Joe Coughlin, an American-born bootlegger who becomes a notorious gangster.
To channel the atmosphere, Adriana had our sharp-looking Francisco make, and teach her how to make, some fantastic mojitos.
And with that, Palace Party has submitted our demand for a much-deserved star on Hollywood Boulevard.

This year, you deserve a
Raspberry Chocolate Kiss
3 Chocolate cookies, finely crushed
10 Raspberries
1/4 cup Vodka
2 Tbsp Cranberry Juice
Use a bit of extra mint simple syrup and the cookie crumbs to rim the martini glass.
Crush raspberries in a shaker with muddler.
Add simple syrup, and muddle again.
Add vodka and cranberry juice.
Fill shaker with ice; shake until chilled.
Strain into prepared martini glass.
And just in case you’re not excited about this year’s turn of events, no worries–this drink pairs great with whole pints of ice cream and day-after-sale chocolates.

1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Rose Cordial
Add ingredients to a mixing glass.
Fill with ice, and stir.
Strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a lemon twist, and something romantic, like a rose petal or…a ring!
